Accessibility Evaluations

Accessibility evaluations from the point of view of ATAG 2.0 and WCAG 2.0 guidelines were conducted in order to collect the barriers that people face when they use new technologies. These evaluations have been consisted in the evaluation of websites such as: Moodle Learning Content Management System (LCMS) or Chats and Forums of other LCMSs. User Experience Research

Different user experience methods have been performed in different studies which aimed to obtain user problems when they use chats. People with different characteristics were involved in these studies such as: people with disabilities or elderly people. See the researches related to user experience.
Redesign and Innovation

My Ph.D. aims to improve the accessibility and interaction of chats for m-learning environments. In order to improve those features, it has been included a new way of interaction with chats and it has been created some guidelines for designers and developers to create accessible chats for m-learning environments.
